SHIPPING AND HANDLING EXCEPTIONS
Business Days are defined by UPS as weekdays, Monday through Friday, except holidays when we and/or our carriers are closed. Please allow an extra day or two for delivery during the holidays (12/10 – 12/25) due to heavy carrier volume. Any order received after 1:00 PM Central Time may not be processed until the next business day.
Heavy and/or oversized packages may require additional shipping and handling charges. We will contact you for approval before shipment if this is the case.
PRODUCTION TIME, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- All our orders are made to order and directly shipped from our manufacturing unit in Pakistan.
- Regular size order & stock items delivered to your doorstep within 10 to 15 working days after receiving and confirmation of your order.
- Made to measure, Custom Made & back orders may take about 4 to 6 weeks to complete and shipped after all the details are confirmed.
- Please ask for manufacturing & delivery time for Custom Made Orders.
- Shipping costs are calculated deepening on weight and shipping destination.
- Free worldwide shipping is offered on all orders above $699.
- Delivery transit time may vary according to the delivery location, but generally, you can expect delivery within 3 to 10 working days.
- Please provide a contact number with your shipping address for the courier company.
- No handling charges & taxes are inclusive for all items.
- You may be asked to pay import duties or custom taxes in your country/territory; we have no control over it.
- In some countries, custom clearing takes longer than in others. This can cause a delay in delivery. We request you to wait few extra days if this situation occurs.
- If a shipment is rejected because of custom clearance charges, you will be responsible for any fee incurred in the process.
- The contents of your order and your delivery address will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
- Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes on any of our delivery services.
